JetNorm ("JetNorm", "we", "us" or "our") is a trade name used by JetNorm Solutions, headquartered at :

1. Acceptance of conditions

Any order or use of our services implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. These conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on our website.

2. Products and services

Solutions JetNorm installs intelligent bidets and toilet seats, with or without product supply. All products are brand-new, pre-tested and backed by a detailed warranty policy.

3. Orders and cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, without justification, particularly in the event of stock shortage or logistical problems. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund.

Customers can cancel or change their appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge. After this time :

  • A $75 CAD travel fee applies

  • A 15% deduction from the product price is applied (corresponding to our sales margin).

  • For health and safety reasons, no refunds will be given once the installation has been completed.

Any change to the product ordered may require a new invoice. If the appointment is far away, please contact us as soon as possible: we can often adapt.

4. Warranty and returns

Warranty conditions are available in detail in our warranty policy. In a nutshell:

  • 12-month warranty from JetNorm Solutions

  • Coverage of defective products or installations during this period, subject to proof of purchase, access to the product, and a warranty-eligible problem.

  • Once this period has elapsed, contact the manufacturer - some offer a longer warranty, depending on their terms and conditions.

  • No returns after installation, except for replacement in the event of a defect covered by the warranty.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse, damage caused by improper external installation, or commercial use, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, Solutions JetNorm undertakes to replace them.

5. Limitation of liability

Solutions JetNorm is responsible for the conformity of its installations.

Responsibility for products supplied, particularly in the event of manufacturing defects or product-related damage, lies with the manufacturer. We do, however, facilitate exchanges between the customer and the manufacturer to help manage the warranty process.

We are not responsible for damage caused by :

  • Faulty or old plumbing

  • Improper use or modification of the product

  • Installation not carried out by Solutions JetNorm

  • Any negligence, misuse or situation beyond our control

In case of doubt, we undertake to analyze any situation in good faith, upon proof provided by the customer.

5.1 Compatibility and liability

The customer confirms that he has checked the compatibility of the product with his installation before ordering.

Solutions JetNorm undertakes to carry out its own checks, but cannot guarantee perfect compatibility in the event of non-apparent or unreported peculiarities.

In the event of incompatibility discovered after installation, responsibility will be shared between the customer and Solutions JetNorm, and the parties will work together to find a suitable solution.

6. Intellectual property

All texts, logos, visuals and site content are the property of Solutions JetNorm or used under license. Any reproduction, even partial, is forbidden without authorization.

7. Language and translations

The original version of this site is in French. An English translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of discrepancies, translation errors or untranslated content, the French version shall prevail. JetNorm cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies, errors or omissions in machine or manual translations.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.

For customers located outside Quebec, the applicable jurisdiction will be determined according to the customer's location and the regulations in force.

9. Modification of these conditions

We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. The date of last update will be revised accordingly. Notification will be given only in the event of a major change significantly affecting your rights or obligations.
