Warranty policy

Welcome to Montreal-based Solutions JetNorm, specialists in the installation of Korean and Japanese bidets and seats. Our expertise combines product reliability and quality service. Here are all the terms and conditions of our warranties.

1. Repayment terms

  • Full refund up to 2 hours before the appointment.

  • After this time, no-shows or cancellations will incur a $75 CAD travel fee, plus a 15% mark-up on the price of the product.

  • For health and safety reasons, no refunds are possible after installation, even within 30 days of installation.

1.1 Compatibility clause

  • The customer acknowledges and accepts the return conditions related to incompatibility at the time of purchase.

  • Solutions JetNorm cannot guarantee a full refund if the product proves incompatible upon receipt or installation, when such incompatibility is clearly indicated in the product data sheet.

  • In the event of incompatibility, a $75 CAD travel fee and a 15% mark-up will be applied.

  • If the product is retained despite the incompatibility, only the installation costs will be reimbursed. The customer hereby waives all warranty claims against Solutions JetNorm, which may, however, refer the customer to the manufacturer.

  • If the incompatibility is not mentioned in the product sheet, a full refund may be granted, at Solutions JetNorm's discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

We remind you of the importance of checking the product's compatibility with your toilet by carefully consulting the product data sheet. If in doubt, please contact us before purchasing.

2. Warranty duration and conditions by product

2.1 Bidets

  • Bidet Essentiel (Brondell Thinline Essential): 12 months

2.2 Seats

  • Essentiel Seat (TUSHY Wave): 12 months

* JetNorm Solutions warranty applies for the first 12 months from date of purchase. Beyond this period, any additional warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

3. Warranty coverage

  • For the first 12 months from the date of purchase, Solutions JetNorm takes care of all warranty-related procedures.

  • After this period, any additional warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer, according to the conditions that apply.

For all warranty claims within 12 months, you must provide :

  • Proof of purchase or payment

  • A photo or precise description of the problem

  • Access to the product for intervention

4. Exclusions and limitations

The warranty does not apply in the event of :

  • Commercial, institutional or intensive use - external insurance is recommended, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

  • Use contrary to manufacturer's instructions

  • Poor maintenance (e.g. lack of cleaning, failure to replace filters)

  • Repair attempts by unauthorized third parties

  • Power surges, frost, water leaks due to faulty installations not related to an intervention by Solutions JetNorm

  • cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear or operating errors

5. Customer's responsibilities

The customer must :

  • Observe use and care instructions

  • Do not carry out any unauthorized repairs

  • Enable access to the product for any necessary interventions

6. Modification of warranty policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The date of the last update will be revised accordingly. Notification will be given only in the event of a major change significantly affecting your rights or obligations.

7. Additional notes

Each manufacturer has its own conditions and exclusions. We invite you to consult their policies for more information.

If a manufacturing defect occurs (mechanical or electronic) and is not due to misuse or an external factor, Solutions JetNorm will assist you with the process for the first 12 months. After that, contact the manufacturer directly.
