  • Forms (order, contact, installation request, etc.)

  • Cookies and audience measurement tools

  • Payments made on our site

  • Interactions with our support services or partners

The following data may be collected:

  • Identity: surname, first name

  • Contact details: postal address, e-mail address, telephone number

  • Ordering information: products ordered, installation address

  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser

  • Usage history: site navigation, preferences, interactions

  • Payment information: Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. JetNorm never has access to your complete credit card information.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is collected for the following purposes:

  • Managing and executing orders

  • After-sales service and warranties

  • Responding to your requests and communicating with you

  • Manage delivery with our partners

  • Monitor site performance (via Google Analytics)

  • Prevent fraud and secure payments

  • Conduct internal analyses of performance, quality or growth

  • Eventually, carry out sales or marketing follow-up (if accepted)

4. Data sharing

Your data may be transmitted to the following third parties, strictly for the purposes listed above:

  • Technical providers: web host, Squarespace platform, domain name manager, analysis tools

  • Payment providers: Stripe, PayPal

  • Logistics partners: carriers or deliverers of our products

  • JetNorm's support and communications providers (under confidentiality agreement)

  • Competent authorities, only where legally required

No personal data is resold.

5. Cookies and measurement tools

We use cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the site and, where appropriate :

  • analysis cookies (Google Analytics)

  • audience measurement and optimization cookies

On your first visit, a banner will inform you of the possibility of accepting or refusing non-essential cookies.

You can change your preferences at any time via this banner or in your browser settings.

6. Shelf life

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above, in particular:

  • Order-related data: maximum 6 years from last interaction

  • Identification and contact data: 3 years from last contact

  • Warranty data: up to 2 years after warranty expires

  • Technical data and cookies: 13 months maximum

7. Security

JetNorm takes all necessary measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and security of your data:

  • Secure hosting via Squarespace

  • Restricted data access (authorized personnel only)

  • Sharing only with contracted partners who comply with applicable standards

8. Your rights

In accordance with applicable laws, including Bill 25 in Quebec and the RGPD in Europe, you have the following rights, to the extent provided by applicable law:

  • Access: the right to obtain confirmation that data concerning you is being processed and to obtain a copy of it.

  • Rectification: the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Deletion: the right to request the deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

  • Opposition: the right to object to certain processing operations, particularly for marketing purposes.

  • Portability (applicable mainly under RGPD): the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

  • Limitation: right to request temporary suspension of certain treatments

To exercise these rights, please send a request to contact@jetnorm.ca, together with proof of identity. Depending on your place of residence and applicable law, certain limitations or conditions may apply.

9. Transfer outside Canada/EU

Some of our partners (e.g. Stripe, Google) may host data outside Canada or the European Union. These transfers are governed by contractual clauses that comply with the requirements of the RGPD.

10. Policy modification

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The date of the last update will be revised accordingly. Notification will be given only in the event of a major change significantly affecting your rights or obligations.
